Our shipping carrier is UPS. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, so please use a physical mailing address for shipping.
Orders take up to 24 hours to process before shipping. Most orders placed before 12PM Pacific Time will ship the same day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12PM Pacific Time will ship the next available business day. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on the following Monday, excluding holidays. Expedited orders (UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight) receive priority processing. If your shipment requires special attention, we are more than happy to try our best to accommodate your special requests. Embroidered Item Fulfillment
All embroidered (monogrammed) items are handled with special care and are considered custom items. Please allow up to an additional week on top of regular delivery times to receive your custom order. For a better idea of when to expect your order, please see Domestic and International Shipping Information below. All orders ship complete.
Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses
Currently, all orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS for a flat rate of $12.95. Delivery times vary depending on location and may take up to 15 business days.
Shipping to a Post Office (PO) Box
We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes at this time. Please use your actual address for shipping. Any orders entered with a PO Box shipping address will delay processing.
Address Corrections / Undeliverable Addresses
Costs associated with incorrect addresses are charged by UPS and passed along to you, the customer.
Address corrections can be made, free of charge, before your order has shipped by contacting our Customer Service Department at 1 (866) 940-2323 (BEBE) or firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders already shipped requiring a change of address or a correction will incur a $17 intercept fee + an additional $6.95 shipping charge if the updated address is outside of the original ZIP Code entered at the time of shipment. In the event an order cannot be delivered and is returned, a $6.95 return shipping fee is charged. Upon receipt of the returned shipment you have the following options available:
- We are happy to reship the item for an additional $6.95 via UPS Ground. Since the package incurred a return shipping fee of $6.95, this option is $13.90. Please let us know if we need to update the shipping destination at this time.
- We can simply return the item to stock and refund your card the product cost minus the incurred return shipping fee of $6.95.
Domestic Shipping Services
A flat shipping fee of $4.95 applies to all orders under $75 for UPS Ground Shipping service, except those shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Orders over $75 receive free UPS Ground shipping to addresses in the U.S. We are more than happy to expedite your order with the following services:

- UPS Standard Overnight

Domestic Time in Transit
The UPS Domestic Ground Map supplied below outlines domestic ground transit times from our Santa Clara, CA distribution facility. All transit times given are estimates and include processing time. Delivery may take longer for some, extended areas. - Standard Domestic Shipping via UPS Ground arrives within 2-8 business days. This includes processing time.
- UPS 2-Day Air Shipping arrives within 2-3 business days.
- UPS Standard Overnight Shipping arrives within 1-2 business days.
Note: Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays*. Typically, an order with 2nd Day Air shipping that ships out Thursday will not arrive until Monday. If Monday is a holiday*, it will be delivered Tuesday. You will receive emailed shipping details and a tracking number when your order leaves our fulfillment center.
*In the United States, UPS observes these holidays.

International Shipping Services
The following shipping services are available to international customers:
• UPS Express Saver (1-3 day transit time)
• UPS Expedited (3-5 day transit time)
• UPS Standard — available ONLY to Canada & Mexico (5-7 day transit time)
Please note that not all services are available to all countries. During checkout, you can enter the destination country, state/province and postal code to get a quote and view available services to your destination.
International Customs, Duties & Taxes
Your shipping cost does not include duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges. Some countries will also require a local handing fee. Your local authorities will invoice you separately for these items, when applicable, and once the package has reached the destination country. We urge you to check with your local authorities regarding additional fees for international imports prior to placing an order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Returned packages, because of unpaid fees or failure to collect, are subject to return shipping & restocking fees.
International Time in Transit
Time in transit is based on your selected shipping service as outlined above. These times are estimates and can vary depending on location, delays due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen factors. When tracked, if a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check in your surrounding area (porch, behind bushes, side yard, front desk, reception area, etc..) before contacting customer support.
