Order Fulfillment

Orders take up to 24 hours to process before shipping. Most orders placed before 12 PM PST will ship the same day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 noon PST will ship the next available business day. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on the following Monday, excluding holidays. Expedited orders (UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight) receive priority processing. If your shipment requires special attention, we are more than happy to try our best to accommodate your special requests. Domestic Shipping Information

Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

We at Bebe au Lait appreciate all that our servicemen and women and their families sacrifice to serve and protect our country. Currently, all orders shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses ship via USPS Priority or First Class Mail for free! Delivery times vary depending on location. We estimate 5-7 business days for most, but some may take up to 15.

Following these steps during checkout should help and ensure that your order will be delivered in a timely fashion.

  • Kindly select "More" and then "USPS APO/FPO" as a shipping method.
  • Enter the recipient's full name and address as usual
  • Country field: Always select "United States" from the drop-down menu regardless of where the recipient is stationed.
  • State/Province Field: Select "Armed Forces Americas," Armed Forces Europe," or "Armed Forces Pacific" based on their station
  • City field: Enter "APO,"FPO," or "DPO."

Shipping to a Post Office (PO) Box

We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes at this time. Please use your actual address for shipping. Any orders entered with a PO Box shipping address will delay processing.

Address Corrections / Undeliverable Addresses

Costs associated with incorrect addresses are charged by UPS and passed along to you, the customer. However, address corrections can be made, free of charge, before your order has shipped by contacting our Customer Service Department at 1 (866) 940-2323 (BEBE) or customerservice@bebeaulait.com. Orders already shipped requiring a change of address or a correction will incur a $14 fee. In the event an order cannot be delivered and is returned a $6.95 return shipping fee is charged. Upon receipt of the returned shipment you have the following options available:

  1. We are happy to reship the item for an additional $6.95 via UPS Ground. Since the package incurred a return shipping fee of $6.95, this option is $13.90. Please let us know if we need to update the shipping destination at this time.
  2. We can simply return the item to stock and refund your card the product cost minus the incurred return shipping fee of $6.95.

Domestic Shipping Services

We ship all domestic orders via UPS. Domestic (USA) ground shipping is currently free. We are more than happy to expedite your order at the following rates:

  • UPS 2-Day Air Shipping: $13.95
  • UPS Standard Overnight: $21.95

All transit times given are estimates, delivery may take longer for some, extended areas.   • Standard Domestic Shipping via UPS Ground arrives within 2-8 business days. This includes processing time.
  • UPS 2-Day Air Shipping arrives within 2-3 business days.
  • UPS Standard Overnight Shipping arrives within 1-2 business days.

International Shipping Services

The following shipping rates apply to international packages:

  • Mexico, Canada, or US Virgin Islands: $15.95*
  • Rest of the World: $20.95*

*Your shipping cost does not include duties, taxes or customs clearance charges. Your local authorities will invoice you separately for these items, when applicable.

International Time in Transit

International orders are shipped via USPS and arrive within 7-15 business days. All transit times given are estimates and may take longer for some countries and customs procedures. Customs and clearance is beyond the control of both Bebe au Lait and USPS.

Please note that we distribute our products worldwide and may be in a store near you! For the possibility to receive our products faster and without paying international shipping and import fees, contact one of our international distributors.

Upon the shipment of your order, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your shipment through the respective carrier's websites (www.ups.com and www.usps.com).
