Schedule and Guarantees
Due to the large volume of packages being shipped and delivered during the holiday season, Bébé au Lait strongly recommends placing your order as early as possible, and to use an expedited shipping method such as UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day. We regret that we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery to the Continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii if your order is placed after December 13th at 12PM Pacific Time using the UPS Ground shipping method. Bébé au Lait cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by weather or other events beyond our control.
For on-time delivery, Bébé au Lait recommends placing your order by the following dates:
- UPS Ground: Tuesday, December 13th at Noon Pacific Time
- UPS 2nd Day Air: Tuesday, December 20th at Noon Pacific Time
- UPS Next Day Air: Wednesday, December 21st at Noon Pacific Time
2013 Holiday Shipping Schedule
- Orders placed after December 23rd at 3 PM and through January 1st will be shipped on January 2nd.
- We will resume our normal shipping schedule for all orders placed January 2nd and on.

Orders take up to 24 hours to process before shipping. Most orders placed before 12 PM PST will ship the same day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 noon PST will ship the next available business day. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on the following Monday, excluding holidays. Expedited orders (UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight) receive priority processing. If your shipment requires special attention, we are more than happy to try our best to accommodate your special requests. Embroidered Item Fulfillment
All embroidered items are handled with special care and are considered custom items. Please allow up to an additional week on top of regular delivery times to receive your custom order. For a better idea of when to expect your order, please see Domestic and International Shipping Information below. All orders ship complete.
Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses
We at Bébé au Lait truly appreciate all that our servicemen and women and their families sacrifice to serve and protect our country. Currently, all orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS for free! Delivery times vary depending on location and may take up to 15 business days. Upon checkout, kindly select "More" and then "USPS APO/FPO" as a shipping method.
Shipping to a Post Office (PO) Box
We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes at this time. Please use your actual address for shipping. Any orders entered with a PO Box shipping address will delay processing.
Address Corrections / Undeliverable Addresses
Costs associated with incorrect addresses are charged by UPS and passed along to you, the customer
Address corrections can be made, free of charge, before your order has shipped by contacting our Customer Service Department at 1 (866) 940-2323 (BEBE) or firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders already shipped requiring a change of address or a correction will incur a $17 intercept fee + an additional $6.95 shipping charge if the updated address is outside of the original ZIP code entered at the time of shipment. In the event an order cannot be delivered and is returned, a $6.95 return shipping fee is charged. Upon receipt of the returned shipment you have the following options available:
- We are happy to reship the item for an additional $6.95 via UPS Ground. Since the package incurred a return shipping fee of $6.95, this option is $13.90. Please let us know if we need to update the shipping destination at this time.
- We can simply return the item to stock and refund your card the product cost minus the incurred return shipping fee of $6.95.
Domestic Shipping Services
A flat shipping fee of $3.95 applies to all orders under $50 for UPS Ground Shipping service. Orders over $50 receive free UPS Ground shipping. We are more than happy to expedite your order at the following rates:
- UPS 2-Day Air Shipping: $13.95
- UPS Standard Overnight: $21.95
Domestic Time in Transit
The UPS Domestic Ground Map supplied below outlines domestic ground transit times from our Santa Clara, CA distribution facility. All transit times given are estimates and include processing time. Delivery may take longer for some, extended areas. For help with selecting the appropriate shipping method and inquiries on expedited shipping options, you can contact our Customer Service Department at 1 (866) 940-2323 (BEBE) or email@example.com.
- Standard Domestic Shipping via UPS Ground arrives within 2-8 business days. This includes processing time.
- UPS 2-Day Air Shipping arrives within 2-3 business days.
- UPS Standard Overnight Shipping arrives within 1-2 business days.
Note: Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays*. Typically, an order with 2nd Day Air shipping that ships out Thursday will not arrive until Monday. If Monday is a holiday*, it will be delivered Tuesday. You will receive emailed shipping details and a tracking number when your order leaves our fulfillment center.
*In the United States, UPS observes these holidays.

International Shipping Services
The following shipping rates apply to international packages:
- Mexico, Canada, or US Virgin Islands: $15.95*
- Rest of the World: $20.95*
*Your shipping cost does not include duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges. Some countries will also require a local handing fee. Your local authorities will invoice you separately for these items, when applicable. We urge you to check with your local postal service regarding additional fees for international imports prior to placing an order.
International Time in Transit
International orders are shipped via USPS and arrive within 7-15 business days. All transit times given are estimates and may take longer for some countries and customs procedures. Customs and clearance is beyond the control of both Bébé au Lait and USPS.

Order History & Tracking
To track your package, just click on "My Account" and sign in. In "My Account" you can see your order history by clicking on "See Orders". This lets you browse your order history and track the status of any of your orders. Tracking is real-time and will show information provided by the carrier.
