Learn how to fold your Bébé au Lait or Hooter Hiders brand nursing cover!
Step 1: Lay the cover flat
Start with your cover laid out flat, with the back side up. Make sure the neck strap is folded down. It's OK if the neck strap is already adjusted.
Step 2: Fold the cover lengthwise
Fold the cover in half lengthwise. Notice that the rigid neckline may bow out a little.
Step 3: Fold in half again
Fold the cover the same way you folded it before.
Step 4: Fold the top down
Tuck the rigid neckline over the top, then fold down.
Step 5: Keep folding...
Keep folding the cover down.
Step 6: Open the bottom fold
Open the bottom of the cover. Because you folded the cover lengthwise twice, there will be 4 layers, two of which will form a pocket.
Step 7: Tuck the folds into the pocket
Tuck the folds into the pocket, and you're all done! This method yields a nice compact package that can be taken anywhere.

Fold the nursing cover the same way you folded it in step 2.
Step 4: Fold the rigid neckline over the top
Starting from the top of the nursing cover, fold the rigid neckline over the top. Fold down twice.
Step 5: Fold the bottom of the cover
Starting from the bottom of the cover, fold it up twice.
Step 6: The ends should meet
After folding the top and bottom halves, the two rolls should meet. It may take some practice to get the sizes of the rolls perfect.
Step 7: Fold the two rolls
Fold the two rolls into each other.
Step 8: Put into pouch
With your cover properly folded, it should fit perfectly inside the Hooter Hiders pouch.
Step 9: Time to go!
With the cover folded up in its pouch, it is delightfully compact, and can be taken wherever you need to go!
