Following are some answers to commonly asked questions regarding our promotions.

Can I ship one item to myself and the promo item to a friend?

Yes, you may ship to two separate addresses but additional shipping fees starting at $3.95 for UPS Ground shipping apply. Please contact our Customer Service Department by phone at (866) 940-2323 for details and to place your order over the phone.

Can I request that my promo be a 'boy' or 'girl' colored pattern?

No, due to the nature of our ‘BOGO’ and ‘Mystery’ promotions, we do not accept pattern requests.

Can I exchange my promotional item for another pattern?

No, exchanges for promotional items are not accepted.

I want to exchange the item I purchased during a promotion for a different pattern.

In most cases, promotional items received with the purchase of a product being exchanged for another pattern can be kept, but we will let you know for sure once you contact us by following these instructions.

I want to exchange the item I purchased during a promotion for a different product.

Our promotions are normally associated with specific product lines. Thus, if the promotion did not apply to the new item, promotional items must be returned with the original product. We will confirm this once you contact us by following these instructions.

I want to return the item I purchased during a promotion for a refund.

Promotional items received with the purchase of the product being returned for a refund must also be returned in new, unworn/unwashed condition. If not included with your return, we will simply subtract the promo item’s value from your refund.

I just placed an order a few days ago and now you’re having a promotion. Can I still get in on the deal?

We offer a 7-day promo match for items purchased from www.bebeaulait.com. So, if you placed an order within 7 days of a promotion’s start date, then yes we will gladly extend the promotion to you. Please note that additional shipping fees starting at $3.95 for UPS Ground shipping may apply. Contact customerservice@bebeaulait.com during the promotional period to have the promo applied to your order.

Help! The coupon code is not being accepted.

  1. Please double-check the instructions to obtain the promotion. Sometimes at least two items need to be placed in your cart, etc.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes

Your shipping cost does not include duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges. Some countries will also require a local handling fee. Your local authorities will invoice you separately for these items, when applicable, and once the package has reached the destination country. We urge you to check with your local authorities regarding additional fees for international imports prior to placing an order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Returned packages because of unpaid fees or failure to collect are subject to return shipping & restocking fees.
