General Return Policy
Items purchased at full price from Bebeaulait.com are returnable within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging. Any damages must be reported within 30 days of purchase for a refund and/or replacement. All returned pieces will be thoroughly examined and items that do not meet our return qualifications will be sent back at the customer's cost.

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns for items purchased from a retailer other than Bebeaulait.com
If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.

Returns for items purchased from Bebeaulait.com

1. Click on "My Account" and select "Request a Return"
2. Fill out the appropriate information and click "Submit"
3. You will receive a Return Authorization approval via e-mail. Send the item(s) back to us following the included instructions.
4. For exchanges, please click on "My Account" and select "Contact Support". In the subject line, please type in EXCHANGE REQUEST. Under message, please indicate your name, order number, what you would like to exchange, and your reason for exchange. You will be contacted via e-mail within 2 business days with instructions on how to complete the exchange.
5. Please mail your all return and exchange packages to:

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Bebe au Lait is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Once the original item(s) are received at Bebe Au Lait, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for Bebe Au Lait to refund your credit card upon receipt.
